LOVE, TITO’S GIVEBACK ACTIVITIES

For Sales & Service this year we have four exciting volunteer opportunities for Team Tito’s and our +1 to take part in to give back to the Park City community! These opportunities have ways for you to make a difference no matter what your skill level is.

We’re thrilled to be able to come together again and turn spirits into love and goodness, like only Team Tito’s knows how!

- The Love Team

Two of our activity options will be offered in two different shifts. When registering, you’ll have the opportunity to indicate your preferred shift time for these activities. While we’ll do our best to accommodate everyone’s preferences, please note that shift assignments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Final shift times will be confirmed in your personalized agendas.

This year we will be offering both breakfast and lunch to all volunteers regardless of your shift time.*

*Should you elect to skip meals, you are still required to meet the group in the Chateaux Courtyard to receive further instruction. Volunteers participating in the morning shift, you will need to meet in the courtyard by 9:00am. Volunteers participating in the afternoon shift, you will need to meet in the courtyard by 12:00pm.

Rest assured we’ll have plenty of snacks and hydration available during and after the volunteer shift! At all times there will be plenty of volunteers around to support and work in teams to lighten the load and ensure everyone is involved and supported.

Shirts will be provided upon check-in with the Tito’s crew, please plan to stay hydrated throughout the day to ensure you can work at a high altitude.

GIVEBACK ACTIVITY OPTIONS

RIVERSIDE PRESERVE TREE PLANTING
Summit Land Conservancy

Mild/Moderate Manual Labor

Duration(s): 9:00am–12:30pm or 12:00pm-3:30pm. Timing includes an approx. 35 minute shuttle ride from the hotel.

Join Summit Land Conservancy, Park City’s local accredited land trust, at Marchant Meadows Ranch, a stunning 88-acre riverside preserve. Once completed, this public-access preserve will feature a 2.86-mile network of free, natural-surface trails for the local community. 

Volunteers will be split into groups to tackle various tasks at the riverside preserve, including planting trees along the riverbank, planting smaller pollinator plants, weeding, and trash cleanup.

SUGGESTED ATTIRE & ABILITIES:

  • Requires closed-toe shoes, long pants, and a Tito’s shirt (provided)

  • Please bring a refillable water bottle

  • Project will be in full sun, although there will be some shade structures provided

  • Volunteers should be prepared to walk approximately half a mile on a wide, mostly flat trail to reach the project site.

  • At all times there will be plenty of volunteers around to support and work in teams to lighten the load and ensure everyone is involved and supported


ANIMAL RESCUE SUPPORT
Nuzzles & Co

Mild Manual Labor

Duration: 9:00am-12:30pm. Timing includes an approx. 30 minute shuttle ride from the hotel.

Nuzzles & Co’s mission is to protect animals, to provide a loving and nurturing place where they can get healthy and learn positive behaviors, and then to find loving homes for each one of them. 

Volunteers will be split into groups to tackle various tasks at the Nuzzles & Co Ranch, including walking dogs, cleaning up yards and kennels, making enrichment treats, and weeding around the property.


SUGGESTED ATTIRE & ABILITIES:

  • Requires a hat, sunscreen, closed-toe shoes, long pants, and a Tito’s shirt (provided)

  • Please bring a refillable water bottle

  • Project will be partially inside, though will have some outdoor elements as well

  • At all times there will be plenty of volunteers around to support and work in teams to lighten the load and ensure everyone is involved and supported

  • Volunteers should be ready to jump between tasks to help in the areas that are needed

ENHANCE A LOCAL COMMUNITY GARDEN
Summit Community Gardens

Mild/Moderate Manual Labor

Duration(s): 9:00am–12:30pm or 12:00pm-3:30pm. Timing includes an approx. 20 minute shuttle ride from the hotel.

Summit Community Gardens is committed to creating a space for all people to have access to locally grown produce and a place to gather, learn, and grow at high altitudes.

Volunteers will help enhance and revitalize the Summit Community Garden, tasks will include planting, weeding, mulching, creating a labyrinth, building a flagstone path and helping beautify the entirety of the garden.

SUGGESTED ATTIRE & ABILITIES:

  • Requires a hat, sunscreen, shoes to wear at the beach, and a Tito’s shirt (provided)

  • Please bring a refillable water bottle

  • Project will be in full sun, although there will be some shade structures provided

  • At all times there will be plenty of volunteers around to support and work in teams to lighten the load and ensure everyone is involved and supported



ROADSIDE CLEANUP
Recycle Utah

Mild Manual Labor

Duration: 9:00am-12:30pm. Timing includes an approx. 25 minute shuttle ride from the hotel.

Recycle Utah’s mission is to engage the community in practicing resource conservation through recycling services, education, outreach and advocacy with envision to empower Park City community members to lead sustainable lives. 

Volunteers will be split into groups of 10 and spread out along a popular, local Park City street path for a roadside cleanup, an important part of Recycle Utah’s conservation efforts, helping to reduce waste and prevent groundwater pollution.

  • Requires a hat, sunscreen, closed-toe shoes, long pants, and a Tito’s shirt (provided)

  • Project will be in full sun

A DAY AT STILLMAN RANCH

Trade city life for wide-open spaces with this all-in Western adventure. Try your hand at skeetshooting, take a UTV out on the trails, and ride the trails on horseback to soak up those perfect mountain vibes at Stillman Ranch.

Attire: Casual clothing, long pants and closed toe shoes are required.

Approx. 3 hour experience, 35 minute shuttle ride from hotel.


CURLING

Grab a stone, hit the ice, and sweep your way to victory in this classic Olympic favorite. No experience? No problem. Each team will be assigned a coach to learn the finer techniques and scoring of traditional curling. Once everyone has the basics, the competition is on! A moderate level of physical activity is required.

Attire: You will be curling directly on the ice so long sleeved workout attire and closed toe shoes are required. Depending on how easily you get cold, you may want to bring along a jacket.

Approx. 2 hour experience, 15 minute shuttle ride from hotel.


E-BIKE TOUR

Riding an e-bike around the bike paths of Park City is a perfect way to explore town. This is an inclusive activity, allowing group members with differing fitness abilities the opportunity to enjoy an outdoor excursion together. Ebikes go farther and faster, empowering you to see more in less time. With a power bank attached to your bike, you can make the decision to pedal like a regular bike, use the pedal-assist feature or use the throttle to get the power you need when hills come your way.  

Attire: Casual attire and closed toe shoes are required.

GLASS BLOWING AT RED FLOWER STUDIOS

At Red Flower Studios, you will get to create your own art! The staff at Red Flower will share the background on glass blowing techniques and then guide you through crafting your own sculptural glass ornament. This unique art object is sure to create a lasting memory of your Park City experience! No need to worry about traveling with your ornament, we’ll carefully package it and ship it to your home so it arrives safe and sound.

Attire: Casual attire 

Approx. 2.5 hour activity, 10 minute shuttle ride from hotel.


GOLF AT CANYONS GOLF COURSE

Canyons Golf Course in Park City offers a stunning mountain golf experience like no other. Winding through the breathtaking terrain of the Canyons Village, this 18-hole, par-70 course features dramatic elevation changes, rolling fairways, and panoramic views of the Wasatch Range. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just out for some fresh mountain air, it’s the perfect setting for a memorable round.

We’ll arrive with enough time to pick up rental clubs, if needed, and warm up at the driving range. Golfers will play in groups of four, with two people per cart, for this shotgun-start round.

Attire: Proper collared shirt with slacks or shorts; soft-spike shoes only. 

Approx. 4 hour experience, 20 minute shuttle ride from hotel.


GUIDED FLY FISHING

Cast a line into Park City’s famous trout streams and experience fly fishing at its finest. You’ll team up with a pro guide who knows exactly where the fish are biting and will show you the ropes (or in this case, the line). Whether you’re a seasoned angler or a first timer, you’ll have the chance to catch and release Cutthroat and Brown trout on the beautiful Blue Ribbon waters. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure, all with a splash of Tito’s style.

Please note, you will be required to provide additional information in order for us to secure a 24-hour Utah fishing license on your behalf. During registration we will capture your full name and address, DOB, height, weight/shoe size, hair and eye color. 

Attire: Athletic clothing recommended to wear under the waders that will be provided upon your arrival to the fishing location. You may also want to consider bringing a long sleeve shirt and hat to keep you protected from the sun. 

Approx. 3.5 hour experience, 30 minute shuttle ride from hotel.


GUIDED WASATCH MOUNTAIN UTV TOUR

Experience the ultimate Park City off-road experience in a UTV. You will trade-off in the driver's seat as they explore scenic Weber Canyon. These off-road vehicles are easy to operate with a fully automatic transmission. Once the vehicle is placed in gear, the driver presses the gas pedal and you’re off to an unforgettable experience. Professional, friendly guides will provide a thorough operational orientation on the vehicle at the staging area and then lead you through some of the most incredible backcountries up to 11,000 feet with frequent wildlife sightings that northern Utah has to offer, with views that extend in all directions.

This activity is not recommended for individuals with back, neck, or joint issues, or for those who are pregnant.

Please note: While not everyone will be able to drive their own UTV, we will offer plenty of chances to stop along the route and swap drivers. All drivers must provide a valid drivers license. 

Attire: Long sleeve clothing recommended and closed toe shoes required. When you arrive, you'll be outfitted with a helmet, goggles, and a bandana to keep you comfortable and protected from the elements.

HORSEBACK RIDING

Saddle up and explore Park City’s stunning mountain trails the old-school way. Gentle, guided rides paired with breathtaking scenery make this a can’t-miss for adventure seekers and nature lovers alike. 

Participants should be able to mount and dismount a horse with minimal assistance, and comfortably sit in a saddle for up to 1.5 hours. This activity is not recommended for individuals with back, neck, or joint issues, or for those who are pregnant.

Attire: Casual clothing, long pants and closed toe shoes are required. Cowboy boots optional!

Approx. 2 hour experience, 20 minute shuttle ride from hotel.


OLYMPIC PARK TOUR + BOBSLED EXPERIENCE

Tour Utah’s Olympic Park with a behind the scenes tour, exploring all the iconic training points of the park. Shortly following the tour, a trained pilot will take you down the bobsled track that includes 12 curves, reaching speeds up to 70 mph, and pulling close to 4 Gs of force. 

The "Comet" bobsled ride is not for the faint of heart. Billed as the most intense minute of your life, this ride will give you a very good idea of what Olympic bobsled athletes experience day in and day out. 

Note: Guests with heart conditions, back issues, pregnant or in poor health will not be able to participate in the Bobsled Experience.

Attire: Casual attire and closed toe shoes required.

RITUAL CHOCOLATE TOUR AND TASTING

Calling all chocolate enthusiasts! Join us for an exclusive tour of Ritual Chocolate’s bean-to-bar factory in Park City! Go behind the scenes to see how their award-winning chocolate is crafted from ethically sourced cacao, roasted, and molded on vintage equipment. After the tour, enjoy a guided tasting of their most popular bars and unique seasonal flavors. It’s a sweet way to experience one of Park City’s local gems — and the perfect treat for any chocolate lover. 

Attire: Casual attire is recommended.

SPA EXPERIENCE

Relax and unwind with a 50-minute massage at the Stein Eriksen Spa. After your treatment you will have full access to the spa for the remainder of the day (steam room, sauna, cold plunge and hot tub). Spa instructions and appointment times will be detailed on your personalized agenda.


TRAP SHOOTING & ARCHERY

Channel your inner Olympian as you aim for glory with clay targets and bullseyes. Whether you’re a sharpshooter or a total rookie, this guided experience is equal parts fun, skill, and a little friendly competition.The nearby rustic Kamas Valley is our setting for you to test your marksmanship. Each attendee will have one hour for trapshooting and one hour for archery.

Attire: Casual clothing and closed toe shoes are required. Safety glasses and earplugs will be provided.
