TIPS FOR GETTING TO & AROUND PARK CITY

ARRIVALS

We’ll have shuttle service at Salt Lake City International Airport for those arriving on both Tuesday and Thursday. As you plan your travel to Park City we suggest arriving in Salt Lake City by 2:00pm MT on Tuesday–this allows time to settle in before our annual Copper Games commence. If you are flying in on Thursday for S&S we also suggest you plan to arrive in Salt Lake City by 3:00pm MT.

DEPARTURES

Shuttle service will be available on Thursday for guests who are not staying for the full Sales & Service event. Additionally, we’ll have shuttles running on Sunday to make sure everyone gets to the airport after a great week.

DRIVING TO PARK CITY

Parking options are available for an additional fee at both hotels for those driving in. As you plan your travel to Park City we suggest arriving at your assigned hotel by 3:00pm MT- this allows time to settle in before our annual Copper Games commence.

If you are driving in on Thursday for S&S we suggest you plan to arrive in Park City by 3:00pm MT.

GETTING AROUND

Transportation will be provided for all off-property group activities. Please keep an eye out for all Tito’s-provided shuttle times, which will be listed in your personalized agenda, sent via text reminders, and posted on the agenda page as we get closer to September.

Please note: Rideshares can be a bit challenging to secure in the Park City area. The hotel provides a shuttle service on a first-come-first-serve basis to a few neighboring areas, including historic Main Street. Our group size is much larger than the hotel shuttle size, so please keep that in mind if the shuttle is booked solid.

FAQ

  • The first half of the week is dedicated to business. While we love having your plus ones, we kindly ask that only Tito’s employees arrive in Park City before Thursday. Plus ones are not permitted to participate in any NSM activities or check in for S&S early.

  • We consider this to be a work trip, and our hope is you will use this time to fully engage, make new work friends, and participate in all of the special activities we have planned. We are happy to include spouses/significant others in the invitation, but we ask that you please leave your children at home. This will not be the right setting for a family trip.

Please work with your managers if you need to come late or leave early as there is likely an opportunity to work around some conflicts you may run across with childcare (we just need to know your schedule as far out as possible).

  • Hotel nights for both NSM and Sales and Service will be billed to Tito’s Handmade Vodka by the hotel. You will simply provide a credit card at check-in for incidentals and to cover any additional nights you may choose to extend beyond the meeting dates. Accounting will bill back the NSM room nights to the T&E budgets of those who have a T&E budget, or to the department of those team members who don’t have T&E. Hotel nights for Sales and Service will not hit T&E or department budgets.

Flights for employees and significant others must be booked through AllFLy. AllFly will bill Tito’s Handmade Vodka for all flights and Accounting will bill back the employees' flights to the T&E budgets of those who have a T&E budget, or to the department of those team members who don’t have T&E. If you are booking a flight for a significant other for Sales & Service, Tito’s Handmade Vodka will cover the cost of that flight and the cost will be included in your W2 as additional income for the year.

  • All hotel assignments will be pre-assigned and shared with you when you receive your personalized agenda, about one week before the event. We’re unable to accommodate individual hotel requests or changes. Rest assured, all of our hotel partners offer great accommodations and are conveniently located to keep you close to the action throughout the week!

  • If you are interested in extending your trip (early arrival, extended stay), please email TitosRegistration@WeAreREDVELVET.com for more information on hotel booking, availability, and rates. The event team will work with the hotel to submit these requests on your behalf. Please keep in mind that extensions are not guaranteed and are subject to hotel availability. Any approved extension nights will be billed directly to you.

  • If you booked your flight directly with the airline (not through AllFly), please enter your flight details during registration. We’ll follow up with next steps once we receive your information.

  • You bet! Utah might have some unique local liquor laws, but don’t worry. Park City is a bit more flexible — Tito’s Handmade Vodka will be flowing throughout our official events and venues. We’ve worked with our partners to make sure you can raise a glass (or a few) of Tito’s while you’re here. Cheers!

  • In mid-September, Park City is pure mountain magic — with crisp, cool mornings, sunny afternoons, and evenings that invite a cozy jacket. Expect daytime highs in the mid-60s to low 70s°F and nighttime temps dropping into the 40s°F. The mountain air is fresh, dry, and perfect for outdoor adventures, but it can change quickly — so layers are your best friend.

  • While there is no formal dress code we do recommend the following:

    Meetings & Dinners:
Business casual for meetings and dinners.

    Copper Games:
You will be provided a team accessory for Copper Games. Feel free to wear casual athleisure and closed toed shoes to ensure comfort during the games.

    Sales & Service:
You will be provided a shirt for the Love, Tito’s giveback activity. Please note that certain service projects do have special requirements, so be sure to check the S&S page for those details.

Also, some of the Saturday activities do recommend certain attire, so check the individual activities on the S&S page to learn more. The remainder of the week is up to you.

If you’re brave enough to night crawl with our early mornings, we’ll share a handful of our favorite Park City accounts here in the upcoming weeks. Check back soon!

TIPS FOR HANDLING PARK CITY’S ALTITUDE

Park City sits around 7,000 feet above sea level, which means the air is thinner and can sneak up on you if you’re not used to it. But don’t worry — with a little prep, you’ll be feeling like a local in no time.

Tips to tackle the altitude:

  • Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! The dry mountain air can dehydrate you faster than usual, so drink plenty of water — before, during, and after activities.

  • Take it easy on day one. Give your body time to adjust by pacing yourself and avoiding overexertion. Be sure to also give yourself plenty of time to walk to the different Tito’s Olympic Village locations.

  • Limit alcohol at first. We love Tito’s as much as anyone, but the altitude can amplify alcohol’s effects, so sip smart and balance with plenty of water.

  • Eat well. Nutritious meals help your body cope with altitude better.

  • Listen to your body. If you feel dizzy, tired, or short of breath, slow down and rest.

Following these tips will have you enjoying Park City’s peaks, parties, and adventures like a true high-altitude hero. If you start feeling the effects of the altitude during the week, stop by the Tito’s concierge desk — we’ll have a few items on hand to help you feel better!
